■A wide range of products compatible with various control methods

The specifications of electrical equipment for cranes are determined by the structure, purpose, voltage, control method, etc. of the crane. ■High reliability based on many years of experience

This is a highly reliable control device with over 40 years of experience. (Note) The control panel is sold as a system.

■CR-TN/CR-C control (primary voltage control)

CR-TN/CR-C control is a simple thyristor control that uses a magnetic contactor to switch between forward and reverse rotation. Suitable for hoisting and horizontal traveling of general overhead cranes and steel cranes.

■Features

1. Stable speed can be obtained regardless of load. 2. Stepless speed control is possible. 3. High frequency positioning is possible. 4. The time delay element of the automatic control system is small, and it has excellent immediate response. 5. The forward and reverse rotation contactors perform arcless switching. 6. Easy maintenance and inspection. 7. Brake lining wear is reduced.

■Circuit configuration

The motor's primary voltage is controlled by thyristor phase control. During forward rotation, the forward rotation contactor is turned on to generate driving torque, and the reverse rotation contactor is turned on to generate braking torque.
