■A wide range of products compatible with various control methods

The specifications of electrical equipment for cranes are determined by the structure, purpose, voltage, control method, etc. of the crane. Also, the ratings of motors, resistors, etc. will change depending on the frequency of use of the crane and the installation environment. We have prepared a variety of control methods and control equipment, and summarized them so that you can select the one that is suitable for your use.

■High reliability based on many years of experience

This is a highly reliable control device with over 40 years of experience. (Note) The control panel is sold as a system.

■CR-B control (primary voltage control)

The motor speed is automatically controlled by utilizing the ability of a thyristor to steplessly control the current of an AC wound motor to adjust the torque, and we call this the CR-B control method. CR-B control is suitable for hoisting and horizontal travel of general overhead cranes and steel cranes, and is especially suitable for applications that require precision.

■Features

1. Stable speed can be obtained regardless of load. 2. The primary side of the motor becomes contactless. 3. Slow speed operation "0 to 5%" is also possible. 4. Stepless speed control is possible. 5. It can be applied to high-speed lowering, fixed position stopping (positioning), automatic steady rest control, uniform speed operation, and equal capacity bucket crane control. 6. The time delay element of the automatic control system is small and the system has excellent quick response. 7. The motor output can be fully utilized. 8. Easy maintenance and inspection. 9. Brake lining wear is reduced.

■Circuit configuration

Thyristor phase control changes the motor's primary voltage to control speed. When the motor rotates in the forward direction, the forward rotation thyristor controls the driving torque and the reverse rotation thyristor controls the braking torque, and when the motor rotates in the reverse direction, the reverse control is performed.
