■Disc brake series for cranesA stopping/holding brake operated by AC power (with dedicated control box).

*Brake frame number (for braking): JB-132SX-1~JB-160SX, rated braking torque: 29~118N・m
*Brake frame number (for holding): JB-132SZ-1 to JB-160SZ, rated braking torque: 49 to 196N・m

Features
■No refueling requiredGreasing is not required as oil-free bearings (dry metal) are incorporated into each connecting pin.

■Long life and low noiseThe structure is simple and the stroke of the electromagnet can be set small, so it has a small shock, long life, and low impact noise during suction and braking.

■Non-asbestos liningA non-asbestos lining that does not contain asbestos is standard equipment.

■Easy hemming/removalTo attach or remove the brake from the foundation, simply move the brake in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft direction, and no disassembly is required.
