Product Description Compliant with brake standard JEM1240 Shoe brake series for small and lightweight cranes

■Small and lightweight

We have achieved a size reduction of approximately 75 to 85% compared to our conventional products.

■Easy maintenance

The upper and lower gaps between the brake drum and lining are automatically adjusted, and manual release is also possible, making maintenance easier.

■Quality improvement

By changing the angle of the brake shoes, we have improved the cooling effect, reducing the reduction in braking torque due to overheating and preventing abnormal wear of the lining.

■Non-asbestos lining

A non-asbestos lining that does not contain asbestos is standard equipment.

■Compatibility with conventional products

Compliant with AC operated brake standard JEM1240, ensuring installation compatibility with conventional products.
