Product Description

■Easy to select crane motor

・Compliant with JEM1202 standard for fully enclosed external fan-wound low voltage three-phase induction motor for cranes. The center height and installation dimensions above make it easy to select a motor according to the crane's application (hoisting/lowering, traversing, traveling, etc.). Electrical characteristics are compatible between manufacturers. - Based on the output at a load time rate of 40% ED, the output for each frame number during continuous use is determined from 15% ED depending on the usage rate. - The above specifications make it easy to select a motor according to the crane's application (hoisting/lowering, traversing, traveling, etc.). Features

■Adopted insulation

Class F insulation is used for both the stator and rotor, resulting in good heat resistance and moisture resistance, and improved reliability.

■Brush wear powder countermeasures

By installing a partition plate between the coil part and the slip ring part, the structure is such that brush abrasion powder does not easily enter the coil part. This improves reliability against the drop in insulation resistance due to brush abrasion particles adhering to the coil.

■Cleaning of brush wear particles

Brush wear particles can be easily removed from the maintenance inspection window at the bottom of the bracket.

■Characteristics of slip rings

Instead of a slip ring with a combination structure, we use a molded type slip ring integrally molded from resin to improve reliability against a drop in insulation resistance.
