About This Product

■Product overview

It is possible to incorporate a hydraulic servo and V/F inverter into the SSCNETIII/H servo network. Positioning/pressure control using a hydraulic servo and positioning/speed control using a V/F inverter are possible.

■Features 1.

It is possible to control hydraulic servos, servo valves, or two V/F inverters.

■Features 2.

It is possible to automatically shift control from position control to pressure control based on the set pressure feedback value.

■Feature 3.

Hydraulic servos, servo valves, and V/F inverters can be controlled using programming similar to the control program of the servo amplifier (MR-J4-B).

■Feature 4.

In addition to the ABZ phase encoder, the feedback signal also supports serial encoders and serial linear encoders manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.

■Features 5.

There are two types of SSCNET hydraulic control units: DG2AF3N with analog input voltage specifications and DG2AF3N-P01 with current specifications.

■Feature 6.

The resolution of analog input from each sensor of the hydraulic servo cylinder is up to 16 bits, making it possible to support high-precision hydraulic control.

■Feature 7.

Also compatible with simple motion units.
