Servo system renewal equipment: SSCNET conversion unit

■Features 1.

By using the SSCNET conversion unit DG2GWY31, it is possible to update A/QN motion controllers and AD75M/QD75M positioning units to Q___DS motion controllers, Q___D motion controllers, standalone motion controllers, and simple motion units.

■Features 2.

It is possible to update two SSCNET systems (up to 16 axes in total) to one SSCNETIII/H system (up to 16 axes), so two SSCNET systems can be updated to SSCNETIII/H at once with one SSCNET conversion unit.

■Feature 3.

Since the A/QN motion controller, AD75M/QD75M positioning unit, and servo amplifier/servo motor can be updated separately, machine downtime can be shortened compared to updating the control system and drive system at the same time.

■Feature 4.

Existing design assets can be inherited using MELSOFT MT Works2.

■Features 5.

When purchasing this product, due to the characteristics of the product, parameter settings and restrictions may occur depending on the combination of connected controller and servo.
