About This Product

About weed control soil Have you heard of magnesium oxide (MgO)? Magnesium oxide is a material that has received the most attention recently. When mixed with aluminum, it becomes a magnesium alloy, which is strong and has excellent heat conduction properties, so it is attracting attention as a new material development. Additionally, when mixed during the manufacturing stage of semiconductor devices, it has excellent insulation, heat conduction, and high rigidity, making it a powerful material for electric vehicles, PCs, etc. It has a wide range of uses, such as smartphone cases. In addition, magnesium oxide has characteristics such as adsorption of radioactive pollutants and heavy metals. Magnesium oxide was used to temporarily harden and store soil containing radioactive materials during the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident. It also has the characteristic that it reacts with the phosphorus, nitrogen, and potassium that plants need and does not elute. When mixed with regular soil, the soil will harden and weeds will not grow. Our product is weed control soil that takes advantage of these characteristics.

■Product features

・Magnesium exists in nature and is harmless to humans, livestock, and animals. ・Unlike concrete or asphalt, it returns to nature after a few years. It also does not become alkaline like concrete or asphalt. Since it is slightly alkaline, it will not affect the surroundings of plants other than the area where it is spread. ・Unlike concrete or asphalt, it does not harden and remain forever, so you can use it with confidence even when reusing the land. ・It is effective with a small amount, and weeds will not grow for about 6 to 7 years. It can last up to 10 years with proper maintenance. ・Simply mix 10% of it into the soil in areas where you do not want weeds to grow, roll it evenly (3cm to 4cm thick) and sprinkle with water. - You can rest assured as we use 100% domestically produced magnesium oxide with a purity of over 90%. Scope of use Gardens, graves, fields, parks, solar panel installation locations, road walls, land that will not be used for the time being, vacant lots, grounds, paved roads close to soil, concrete roofs, areas where weeds are not allowed to grow, etc. For gardens, etc., unlike asphalt or concrete pavement, it has excellent permeability and water retention and elasticity, so surface temperature can be kept much lower, so it can be used to counter the heat island effect in summer. Also, unlike concrete or asphalt, it returns to its natural state when the surface is loosened, so if you want to use it as a field or flower bed, you can easily reuse it by simply adding fertilizer. No industrial waste is generated.
