About This Product

■Safe driving on I-shaped steel railsThe steel rollers have built-in bearings, so they run easily. Also, since the trolley width is narrow, the hanger storage is compact.

■Width adjustment without tools・There are four types: I-beam width 75-125, 100-150, 175/190, and 150-only, and are compatible with all domestic standard I-beams.
- Width adjustment can be easily done without tools, making it easy to attach and remove the hanger and perform maintenance and inspection even when working at heights.

Install the straight sections of the rail at approximately 1.5m intervals.
For curved parts, use a 4-wheel type and install it so that it follows the curve radius x 0.7m or less.
The radius of the curve should be 1.5m or more.
Set the cable hanger at an appropriate follow-up interval to avoid applying excessive load to the cable.
Chain traction fittings are standard equipment. If the distance traveled is 30m or more, or if the hanging part is G-type or larger, please tow it with a chain.

■I-type cable hanger for 150 width SDI-BT□-150 (made to order)-The arm's rising dimension has been made higher than the conventional cable hanger for 100 to 150 widths.
As a result, even if the joints of I-beam rails are reinforced with channel steel, etc., they can be used with confidence without interference.
・Since it is only for 150 width, it cannot be used for other I-beams.
