About This Product

■Features・By electrically detecting and determining the welding of the contacts of a contactor (magnetic contactor) and outputting a relay contact, it is possible to shut off the power and prevent a situation that could lead to a runaway crane/hoist accident if left unchecked.
In addition to the above, the OH type detects contact failure, and the SKO type detects operation cable interference.
・Both the sensor section and control section are electrical/electronic circuits that do not require mechanical operation, consume little power, and are highly reliable.
・This series of EleCut allows you to create simulated working conditions using push-button switches and easily inspect operation without having to climb on a crane or hoist.
However, the above inspection may not be possible when operating wirelessly or transmitting signals using a trolley wire.
・Elecut has two types: inspection function display type (flat type and vertical type) and built-in terminal type.
By selecting according to the usage situation, specifications, and conditions, it is possible to easily install it not only in new installations but also in existing equipment.
・In addition to the direct effect of preventing accidents, operation and maintenance costs as a safety device are extremely low, and it has a large economic and psychological effect on the efficient operation of the entire system.
