About This Product

The recycling rate of used Styrofoam is 89.5% in FY2019, which is quite advanced. Among these, the material recycling rate is 51.4% and the thermal recycling rate is 38.1%. We offer patented small styrofoam containers to promote material recycling.

■Revolutionary circular recycling using frictional heat

Styrofoam is commonly used in a wide range of fields. However, used Styrofoam is difficult to dispose of because it is bulky, does not rot (hard to decompose), and produces black smoke and smells when it is incompletely burned.

■Features

This styrofoam volume reduction machine uses new technology that uses frictional heat to suppress odors and is environmentally friendly. The compact design allows it to be installed in tight spaces, and the casters make it easy to move. Compared to heat treatment machines, electricity costs are reduced to about 1/5, and the simple structure means maintenance costs are much lower than conventional models. Waste Styrofoam can be thrown in without being crushed. Although it is small, it has a processing capacity of approximately 60 kg per hour and can produce high quality ingots.

■Only EPS can be recycled back into Styrofoam

Until now, a large amount of disposal costs were required to process waste foam, but by using our volume reduction machine, disposal costs can be reduced. Additionally, the finished ingot can be recycled and has added value. We also offer ingot recovery and recycling routes, and propose cost reduction and environmental measures.
