About This Product

■What is SecureCore?There is no end to problems such as stealing confidential information from PC terminals or illegally copying information and data important to companies and organizations via USB memory devices. To prevent such situations, it is necessary to prevent unauthorized logon by third parties or malicious parties. However, the reality is that security that is simply a combination of ID and password can be easily breached.

Hiten Japan's security product ``SecureCore'' solves these problems. This is a solution that uses a USB key (ePass token) as a physical "key" to control logon to a Windows PC. In addition, SecureCore not only prevents unauthorized logon by using two-factor authentication that combines an ID/password with a USB token, but also locks the PC when the USB token is removed, making it impossible to use the PC.

■Secure logon to WindowsInsert the USB token into your PC as a physical "key" and use it with your ID and password to safely log on to Windows.

■One-time password issue"I forgot (lost) my USB token at work." Even in times like these, you can use the service temporarily by entering a one-time password issued by the security administrator, so your work will not stop.

■Log functionStatuses such as Windows logon history and PC locking can be automatically recorded and saved as a log.

■Administrator functionUsing administrator software, you can easily manage things like adding and registering USB tokens. You can also freely change policy settings.

■Storing electronic certificatesElectronic certificates for VPN connections, remote desktops, SSL, etc. can be stored within the USB token.

■Single sign-on (optional)IDs and passwords from various websites can be stored together in the USB token, allowing automatic authentication just by accessing the website with Internet Explorer.
