About This Product

■Applications

Cut-resistant gloves made from a new material that uses high-strength ultra-fine tungsten wire. By processing tungsten, a rare metal that boasts a hardness second only to diamond, into ultra-fine pieces and weaving it into fibers, we have achieved both strength and thinness, something that could not be achieved with conventional fiber materials such as aramid or fiber materials with stainless steel wires.

■Features

・Thickness is 1/5 of a human hair. - Fiber strength is twice that of SUS. ・Highest cut resistance level C. (Compliant with EN388 standard 2016 edition) It surpasses other materials in terms of tension, density, Young's modulus, and hardness required for cut-resistant gloves. By incorporating this characteristic into the ultra-fine fibers, we have achieved both high cut resistance and flexibility.

■Material

・Body fiber part. Tungsten covering yarn: 51%, woolly nylon: 37%, other: 12%. ・Rubber part (oil resistant). Nitrile rubber: 100%.
