About This Product

This product comes with a UV cut film already attached. Can be used in certified cubicles.

■Applications

Please use it for instrument reading windows such as power receiving boards, cubicles, and switchboards. (Can be used both indoors and outdoors).

■Features

1. Extremely easy to install. Installation can be done by simply fitting the aluminum window frame into the panel hole from the front side and screwing the presser frame from the back side. 2. Can be used in certified cubicles (wired glass type). 3.It can also be used outdoors due to its waterproof structure (IP55). (Applicable plate thickness: 2.0 to 3.2mm thickness) 4. Since it is anodized, it has excellent corrosion resistance and a beautiful finish, increasing the value of the product installed. 5.We can also manufacture products with UV cut film specifications. (3M SH2CLAR, 5 year warranty when installed vertically)

■Material

・Window frame/aluminum alloy 6.3mm (anodized finish). ・Glass/Glass with wire mesh (6.8mm thickness) → Product number ends with "AT", Tempered glass (5.0mm thickness) → Product number ends with "KT". ・Packing/CR sponge/NR rubber. - Presser frame/aluminum alloy. ・Mounting bolt/AY type: M5 embedded bolt (SUS). 　 ・Applicable panel thickness: 2.0 to 3.2mm (Can also be used for indoor panels of 1.6mm). *IP55 performance is not achieved when installed on an indoor panel with a thickness of 1.6 mm.

■Caution

・Tighten the tightening nuts evenly. ・The appropriate tightening torque is 1.5N・m (15kgf・cm).
