About This Product

Munsell 5Y7/1 (semi-gloss) Painted finish products are also available.

■Applications

Please use it as a part for ventilation openings in power distribution boards, control panels, operation panels, cubicles, etc.

■Features

1. By using resin for the blow-in prevention cover, we have achieved significant weight reduction and improved workability. Additionally, since painting is not required, costs can be reduced. 2.It has excellent waterproof properties and has a structure that can withstand JIS C0920 (jet-proof test). 3. Depending on the direction in which you attach the filter holder, you can use either a standard dust filter or a salt damage filter. *The recommended replacement period for the salt damage prevention filter is six months to one year. In environments where there are many large sea salt particles floating around, such as areas near the coast, it may become clogged early.

- The ventilation gallery has been given a top coat and can be used as is in general outdoor environments. ・By using resin for the blow-in prevention cover, we have achieved a significant weight reduction and improved workability. ■Caution

・Tighten the tightening nuts evenly. ・The appropriate tightening torque is 1.96N・m (20kgf・cm). *Please apply a top coat to the product before use.
