About This Product

■Applications

Please use it as a "ventilation gallery" for switchboards installed in environments susceptible to salt damage, such as coastal areas.

■Features

1.It is approximately the same size as the conventional thin gallery GTS type, and regular maintenance work on the filter is performed from the back side (inside the panel). Suitable for panels installed in environments where maintenance work from the outside is difficult, such as when installing a heat shield near the side panel of the panel. 2.The filter housing and holding part are made of resin and have a mating structure, so the filter can be attached and detached without using tools such as a screwdriver. 3.A 160 square fan can be installed using an attachment sold separately. (Please use it for exhaust when installing a fan.) *The recommended replacement period for the salt damage prevention filter is six months to one year. In environments where there are many large sea salt particles floating around, such as areas near the coast, it may become clogged early.

■High performance filter for salt damage prevention

Recently, more and more general buildings, various facilities, factories, etc. are being built along the coast. In such buildings, sea salt particles can corrode air conditioning ducts and various equipment, cause problems with electrical systems, product defects, and breakdowns in electronic and precision equipment. The ``Salt Damage Prevention Filter'', which uses polymeric materials, is ideal for use in situations like this, and is an air filter designed with the concept of energy saving, easy incineration, and long life in consideration of environmental protection.

■Caution

・Tighten the tightening nuts evenly. ・The appropriate tightening torque is 1.96N・m (20kgf・cm).
