In 1961, our founder Kazuyuki Abe began making dry offset plates in his apartment. This was the birth of Tokushu Abe Seihanjo. At that time, photosensitive resin plates were not well known in the world, and the mainstream method was to corrode (etch) metals such as zinc and brass. After that, the plate material changed from metal to resin, and the plate-making method changed from analog to digital. Tokushu Abe Seihanjo was the first in the industry to introduce image processing systems, high-speed plate processing machines, dry film setters, and other equipment. We have responded to the needs for higher quality and shorter delivery times. Features of our resin plates

■High precision/short delivery time

By introducing an image processing system, high-speed printing plate processing machine, and dry film setter, we can quickly deliver highly accurate printing plates. Digital data submission is also perfect.

■10μm technology

It is possible to specify "cutting (intercolor space/trapping)" for each color and area, which must be changed depending on factors such as the material of the printing substrate, printing speed, and pattern.
