We produce with high precision hot stamping plates that have metallic decorations on surfaces and curved surfaces to enhance the design effect and product image. In addition to manufacturing from 3D data, it is also possible to use a 3D scanner to measure the surface of the printing material (workpiece) and convert it into data through "trailing processing."
Tokushu Abe Seihanjo, which is well versed in foil stamping (hot stamping), produces stamps for foil stamping (hot stamping) that are highly workable. When hot stamping complex curved surfaces, the precision of the engraving (plate) and jig greatly influences the finish and work. In particular, consistency is required in the setting of the transfer surface and the jig when stamping. When ordering, we recommend that the engraving (plate) and jig be manufactured as one unit.
