About This Product

■Summary

This heater is used in semiconductor and food manufacturing processes to keep the inside of piping warm and prevent gas from liquefying.This product is made by wrapping the internal heating element and insulation material in a Teflon sheet and sewing it. Temperature control can be selected from two types: PID controller and thermostat.

■Using temperature range

-100~260℃

■Features

Because it uses insulation material, there is less heat loss due to heat radiation, and power consumption is lower than that of rubber heaters. Installation and removal work can be done quickly and easily, reducing maintenance costs. It has excellent heat resistance and can be used for a long time.

■Applications

Insulating piping in semiconductor and food manufacturing processes, etc.
