About This Product

Albacuria is a product made by laminating high-quality synthetic fiber non-woven fabric on the roofing surface coated with high-quality modified asphalt and coating it with a special synthetic resin. This is a functionally modified asphalt roofing that effectively suppresses stickiness of asphalt at high temperatures. Features

■Resistance to stickiness at high temperatures

Shuts out the stickiness of asphalt during high temperatures in the summer. The high-quality synthetic fiber non-woven fabric on the surface layer of the product effectively exhibits barrier properties and suppresses asphalt seepage.

■Excellent waterproof performance

The most important performance required of roof underlayment materials is waterproof performance. Albacuria is composed of high-quality modified asphalt, high-quality synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, and asphalt-impregnated paper, and exhibits excellent nail hole sealing and waterproofing performance from the initial stage to the medium to long term.

■Excellent anti-slip properties

The ``slip resistance'' of roof underlayment materials used on pitched roofs is an important factor that determines the quality and workability of the product. Albacuria is a product that uses a special synthetic resin with excellent anti-slip properties on the product surface and a synthetic fiber non-woven fabric with pilling resistance on the lower layer to reduce the occurrence of frayed fibers and pilling that can cause slipping, and dramatically improve the anti-slip properties during construction.

■Design to prevent damage to roofing materials

The surface layer of Albacuria is finished with synthetic fiber non-woven fabric + special synthetic resin. Since it does not use silica sand, which is used for the surface layer of general products, there is no silica sand that sticks to the soles of your feet during construction, which prevents damage to roofing materials.
