About This Product

A fast-curing cement-based base conditioner made from a combination of a cationic acrylic resin emulsion mixture and hydraulic powder. Compatible with all kinds of substrates, especially suitable as a substrate conditioning material for waterproofing sheets and waterproofing urethane rubber coatings. When applied at 3.3kg/m2 (2.0mm thickness), it is temporarily waterproof.
