About This Product

■Characteristics of Kiriyama perfume oil steam distillation equipment

-This device allows you to easily obtain aroma water using steam from the peels of flowers and fruits, and is recommended for those who are interested in aroma water and want to enjoy it with few ingredients. ・No special equipment is required; all you need is raw materials, water and ice for cooling, and IH specifications that do not use fire for heating, so you can use it safely in your home kitchen. - The glass used for the device is thick heat-resistant glass (borosilicate glass), so it is difficult to break, and the pedestal and metal parts are all made of stainless steel.

■Operating procedure

①Pour water into a distillation cylindrical flask (approximately 500-600cc). Place the stainless steel sample shelf on top of this and place the sample on top of it. ② Fix the distillation cover with separable clamps (3 pieces) and connect it to the snake tube cooling pipe using the arch tube. ③ Fill the cooler outer cylinder with cooling water and then add ice. At this time, the water level should be 2 to 3 cm below this outer cylinder. ④Heat it with an IH heater, guide the water vapor in the sample through the arch tube to the snake tube cooler, and collect the aroma water into an Erlenmeyer flask. ⑤ Aroma oil can be collected using an oil-water separator. Open the bottom pinch cock and drain the water, then pour the oil into a separate container. Alternatively, aroma oil may accumulate at the top of the oil/water separation tube, so suck it out with a dropper, etc.
