Super Active TAWERS is a welding robot that achieves high-speed welding while significantly reducing the amount of spatter generated by combining the welding power source integrated robot TAWERS WGⅢ/WGHⅢ with a high-precision wire feeding system known as the ``Super Active Wire Welding Method''.

■Suitable for welding high-tensile steel plates, which are becoming thinner.

It is compatible with welding of high-tensile steel plates, which are becoming thinner due to the HBC (Heat Balance Control) process.

■High current (High Power) 450A high speed/medium thickness plate welding

"Super Active TAWERS HP" achieves a further speedup of over 50% and reduces spatter by over 60% even at 400A.

■Achieving high quality welding of aluminum

The extremely low spatter performance of S-AWP, which has been proven with mild steel, has been extended to aluminum. Compatible with a wide current range from 40A to 180A, enabling high-speed welding and expansion of applicable plate thickness.

■Spatter and blowholes are reduced by galvanized welding.

General welding wire (solid Φ1.2) can be used. It can be applied not only to CO2 but also to MAG welding. It is effective even with a wide range of weights. TAWERS WGⅢ/WGHⅢ

■CO2 welding achieves low spatter

Droplet transfer stabilization control (MTS control) suppresses spatter specific to CO2. While maintaining the stable pot bottom shape penetration that can be achieved with CO2 welding, spatter is reduced by up to 75% in the 150A range compared to a full digital welding machine (350GB2).

■Significant reduction in spatter generation during thin plate MAG welding

Welding waveform control technology achieves low spatter in the short circuit area. Spatter is reduced by up to 90% in the 150A range compared to a full digital welding machine (350GB2).
