■Spatter reduction during high current welding

Equipped with a wide variety of arc characteristics as standard. You can select the most suitable mode to suit various welding scenes.

■Stable wire feeding performance

Since there are no differences in wire feeding depending on the temperature or environment at the site, there are no snags or blockages, leading to improved production efficiency. Strengths/Features

■High welding improves production efficiency (RF2TAU)

The adoption of a high-speed motor improves the wire feed rate and increases welding efficiency by 1.3 times (compared to our 500 A full digital machine). JIS certified material SA-3F (mild steel 19 mm butt groove with backing) normally requires 7 passes, but now it can be done in 4 passes.

■Low spatter and improved workability

Achieves low spatter even in large current range. It is now possible to simplify post-processes such as grinder finishing.

■Low current stability expands welding range

It is possible to weld with stable power not only at high power but also at low current. For example, the current can be lowered to approximately 100 A for 1.2 mmφ wire and approximately 140 A for 1.4 mmφ wire. Thin plates and upward welding can be welded smoothly.

■High current/high usage rate

Achieves high power with a rated output of 600 A and a usage rate of 100%. Powerful output enables highly efficient welding. RF2TAU has a double crater function for processing large craters at the end of high current welding. After the main welding, welding is completed in two stages.

■Simple and easy-to-use operation panel

The welding power source has a simple operation panel that is suitable for the site of use. The display is highly visible even in dimly lit welding sites, and the dial and button arrangement allows for use even while wearing gloves.
