■Achieving high efficiency production

・Equipped with a parts supply section fixation system and parts outage detection function, which enables parts replenishment in advance and enables long-term non-stop operation. ・In the case of the 80-unit model, the parts supply system is divided into two parts, allowing equipment to operate during pre-setup and parts replacement according to the production format, improving operating rates. ・Equipped with an auto-recovery function that automatically handles loading errors, achieving long-term uninterrupted operation

・With large board support option, it is possible to recognize and insert holes in boards up to 650 mm x 381 mm in size. ・Double board transfer option reduces board loading time by half and improves productivity Features/Effects
