・Achieved flexible line configuration by expanding the range of parts compatible with various mounting heads ・Various supply layouts are possible with 4 types of supply units: 30-unit feeder cart, 17-unit feeder cart, 24-product tray feeder, and tray stocker. ・Mounting line system APC-5M*1: Real-time monitoring of “5M status” and “equipment operation” to understand changes (variations) in 5M, and intelligent 5M process control and predictive maintenance realize quality product production and stable operation. *1: The applicable model for APC-5M is only NPM-WX. NPM-WXS is not applicable.
