■Modular mounter that can accommodate a wide range of components/boardsThis is a modular mounter that has evolved its basic performance by updating the core units such as the mounting head and recognition camera, and has the ability to handle a wide range of parts/boards, realizing flexible production line construction. In addition to supporting a wide range of parts and various parts supply formats, we are now able to handle even larger boards. In addition, it supports various automation and labor-saving functions, including an auto-setting feeder (ASF) that automates parts supply work, and can flexibly meet the different demands of each mounting site.

■Support for various parts・Mount a wide range of parts with high productivity: The head configuration can flexibly handle everything from 0201 parts to large and tall parts. It is possible to produce with high productivity. When compared using catalog tact (CPH), it is approximately 10% better than our conventional model NPM-WX in the case of ±25μm.
- Compatible with large and heavy BGA mounting: By using a nozzle that is compatible with large and heavy components and performing scanning operations that match the component size, it is possible to support the mounting of large and heavy BGAs, which is a trend in the server industry. The number of BGA recognition balls corresponds to 15,000.
・Automate DIMM connector mounting: 100N high load mounting eliminates floating pins, and supports mounting tall components up to a maximum component height of 53mm (including board thickness), making it possible to automate DIMM connector mounting.
- Compatible with a variety of supply section layouts: By combining the three types of supply section units with compatible conventional units, it is possible to accommodate a variety of supply section layouts.

■Support for various substrates- Compatible board sizes: The compatible board sizes have been expanded from the previous model, and by supporting a wider range of board types, it satisfies the needs of customers in many industries.
- Compatible with large substrates: If the dimension in the transport direction (L) exceeds 760 mm, the supported substrate size can be expanded to 1,050 mm. When equipped with front and rear extension conveyors, it can be expanded to 1,260 mm.
