■Monitoring and control of material/equipment status using APC-5M

・Solder viscosity feedback (optional): Measures and controls the viscosity of the solder on the mask and maintains it at an appropriate viscosity. ・Mask tension feedback (optional): Measures mask tension before printing and changes plate separation behavior. ・Cleaning solvent discharge amount feedback (optional): Monitors the solvent discharge amount during wet cleaning and maintains the discharge amount at an appropriate level.

■Optimize printing position and volume with M2M function with inspection machine

Based on the SPI results, the optimum printing conditions can be reached and maintained by changing the printing pressure, squeegee speed, plate separation speed, and other conditions. The printing position and volume are automatically corrected based on the SPI results. There are two options: position correction and volume correction. APC-FB (Volume) controls the volume by changing the squeegee angle, so it smoothly reaches and maintains the optimal printing condition. Expansion of automation and labor-saving functions

■Automation of model switching

・Solder transfer (optional): Automatically collects the solder on the mask after printing and automatically supplies the solder to the mask for the next model. ・Mask changer (optional): After production is finished, the mask is automatically stored in the magazine at the rear of the equipment, and the mask to be used for the next model is set in the equipment. A maximum of 10 masks can be stocked in the magazine, and masks can be taken in and out during production. - Automatic exchange of lower support pins (optional): When changing models, the lower support pins are automatically collected and self-propelled to save labor.

■Automation of work during production

・Perforated pot type automatic solder supply (optional): By automating the solder supply, labor savings and continuous operation can be achieved. ・Paper-free wiping unit (optional): Cleaning that does not use cleaning paper or solvents. Paper and solvent can be reduced.
