■Uses galvano scanning method. Achieving miniaturization and simplification of equipment

All-in-one laser light source, optical unit, and scanning mechanism required for device configuration. Galvano scanning laser heads scan the laser beam using a built-in galvano mirror, so there is no need to move the head itself. Compared to mechanisms that move the laser head itself using a SCARA robot or an XY stage, it contributes to a reduction in system design man-hours and a compact device configuration.

■Curve section power correction function

If you always weld with the same laser output, curved parts theoretically tend to accumulate more heat than straight parts, so welding may not be uniform. The VL-W1 series can adjust the laser output for curved parts, so even complex processing patterns can be welded uniformly.

■Equipped with digital galvano

Digital galvanometers have much better temperature characteristics than analog galvanometers. Since the irradiation position does not shift easily even if the ambient temperature changes, production with stable quality is possible.

■Equipped with fiber laser. High quality welding possible

The VL-W1 series is equipped with our proprietary high-performance fiber laser that utilizes the technology we have cultivated in laser markers. Achieves high quality resin welding.

■High quality laser M2 ≦ 1.1 *

The VL-W1 series has achieved M2 ≦ 1.1 using unique fiber laser technology. Contributes to high quality welding. *M2 (M square) is a numerical value that expresses beam quality, and the closer it is to 1.0, the better the beam quality.

■Laser output stability within ±3% *

The fiber laser oscillator installed in the VL-W1 series can always emit laser light with stable output regardless of temperature changes in the LD. Production with stable quality can be achieved from immediately after the power is turned on until the end of production. *Stability under a certain environment.

■Fiber laser oscillation principle

A fiber laser is a type of solid-state laser that uses an optical fiber as its amplification medium. When pumping light is introduced into a core fiber doped with rare earth elements, light at a specific wavelength is amplified and can be extracted as laser light. Since it can be amplified within a very thin core fiber, a laser beam with high beam quality can be obtained.
