■High-definition printing

By using a short pulse laser and high repetition rate oscillation that can minimize thermal effects, the base is pure white, the code is clear all the way to the edges, and even delicate tiny characters can be expressed sharply. Contributes to improved visibility of small characters and stability of 2D code reading.

■Wide printing area

□With a wide printing area of ​​330 mm, it is possible to print all at once on large workpieces, multi-piece workpieces, and other items that previously had to be printed in separate parts. In addition to improving productivity, it contributes to cost reduction by consolidating the number of machines installed and simplifying equipment. (Target models: LP-ZV206P / LP-ZV506P) In addition, the Z-axis stroke mechanism that controls the focus of the laser beam in the Z direction allows the focal length to be set within a wide range of 50mm. Beautiful printing without fading or distortion is possible on uneven, sloped, and spherical surfaces.

■Positioning with built-in camera

With "Laser Marker NAVI smart", it is possible to align the created printing and processing data while viewing it on the same screen as the image from the built-in camera installed in the head. Compared to the conventional red guide laser display, it can be confirmed with a clear color image, making alignment easier. In addition, the built-in lighting installed in the head allows alignment even in dark environments such as inside a device.

■High output 52W type*

It shortens the printing and processing time and improves follow-up to cycle time in 2D code printing and deep engraving processes such as casting processes that conventionally require printing time. ■Energy saving
