■Auto calibration function

The camera and stage coordinates are automatically calibrated by capturing an image of the alignment mark. Compatible with two cameras with different fields of view and flexible camera installation (rotation/tilt).

■Calibration graphics

You can visually check the autocalibration results. You can easily check whether calibration, which can be said to be one of the causes of alignment problems, has been performed accurately.

■Alignment simulation function [PC setting software PVWIN240]

- Alignment operations can be reproduced on a PC. By simulating the alignment operation in four steps, you can check the operation step by step. - In the unlikely event of a problem, you can check the alignment operation on your desk using the PC setting software as long as you have the image. This is useful when determining where the cause of the problem lies. - You can also check the output values, and in the event of a problem, you can check whether the cause is in the image processing or the device side.

■Sample setting data

We have prepared sample setting data that registers basic alignment conditions. Initial settings can be easily performed by changing the conditions such as the mark that the customer uses.
