basic information

■Starting up the robot is super easy. Birth of true robot vision

CE and UKCA certified. The four functions reduce the number of steps needed to start up the robot.

■Auto calibration function

- By simply registering 3 to 4 coordinates on PV260, you can easily convert the camera coordinate system to the robot coordinate system. ・Advantages: 1. Easier than doing it manually and reduces work time. 2. Quick recovery even if the camera installation position is misaligned. 3. Eliminate variations in accuracy due to individual differences.

■Teaching assistant function

Instead of teaching while operating a robot-specific pendant, which was the case in the past, it is now possible to teach the robot on the PV260 settings screen while looking at the captured image. Keypad operation enables intuitive teaching work. No teaching skills required, convenient for locations where teaching is difficult, improved safety, reduced work burden from repeated teaching

■Robot tool offset function

By simply registering two coordinates of the tool attached to the robot, the tool coordinate system can be converted to the robot coordinate system through automatic calculation.

■Direct communication function

It is possible to communicate directly with robots from each manufacturer. Communication is as simple as selecting the robot manufacturer, robot type, etc., making it possible to reduce PLC programming man-hours.

■Robot can be operated with keypad

You can move the robot by operating the keypad. You can easily adjust the imaging position for auto-calibration, teaching assistance, etc.

■Setting software PVWIN260

Inspection results obtained using robot vision can be reproduced on a PC. Continuous simulation and data logging allow you to efficiently create, modify, and verify configuration data.
