■High-speed storage of inspection images

■Contour matching

Register the contour information of the image you want to detect as a template, and then search for and detect parts that are similar to the template. It is equipped with an algorithm that can accurately detect the position without being affected by chips in the object to be detected, and can make OK/NG judgments regarding the number of detected objects, correlation value, detected coordinates, detected angle, scale, etc. Contour matching Similar candidate search function: Since the angular direction (90°, 180°, 270°) set after contour detection is additionally searched, stable direction detection is possible while maintaining high speed. Even in the case of contours whose orientation is difficult to understand, detection in unintended directions can be reduced.
