■Thin form with two powerful nozzles

■Nozzle angle adjustment mechanism

The angle of the two nozzles can be adjusted within a range of approximately 190° by turning and loosening the tips. After adjusting the angle, turn and tighten the nozzle tip to fix it. This allows you to easily adjust the nozzle angle after installing the ER-VW.

■Easily connectable layouts

Up to 5 ER-VWs can be connected using a connection set (sold separately). The air supply is connected by a quick fitting, and the power supply and input/output signals are connected by a connecting cable with connectors on both ends, so they can be easily connected. By connecting multiple ER-VWs, it is possible to lay out a static elimination area that suits the device.

■Minimum air consumption 15ℓ/min. (ANR)

ER-VW can be used with a minimum air flow rate of 15ℓ/min. Since air consumption is low, the burden on air supply equipment can be reduced, and expensive clean air can be used with care.

■No destruction of electronic devices due to reverse charging

Performs high-frequency AC corona discharge at 68,000Hz, and emits (+) ions and (-) ions alternately at high speed. Unlike other methods, there is no rapid ion release, so even when removing static electricity from an insulator that is locally charged differently, it does not promote local reverse charging and does not destroy electronic devices.

■Excellent ion balance

A stable ion balance has been achieved by using a high frequency AC method. Ion balance is almost unaffected by supply air pressure or installation distance, so there is no need for troublesome adjustments after installation. Unlike conventional low-frequency and DC methods, the high-frequency AC method efficiently generates (+) ions and (-) ions, and can quickly create a stable environment with high ion density. As a result, we have achieved stable ion balance that is not affected by the setting distance and excellent static elimination ability.

■Compact & thin design

The thickness of the main body is 18.9mm. Moreover, the nozzle angle can be adjusted, so it can be used in situations where installation space is limited, such as when installing inside equipment or on multiple lines in close proximity.
