■Let's start IoT with sensor data collection "visualization"

Various keywords such as IoT and Industry 4.0 surround "manufacturing", and the manufacturing industry environment is changing rapidly. "Visualization" is the "first step" in promoting IoT. Data can be collected and visualized using Panasonic Industry's sensors and communication units.

■Connect various sensors to the network

・Up to 16 sensor amplifiers can be connected to one SC-GU3 series* *Up to 12 units can be connected if FX-500 series and LS-501 are included. ・Sends digital (numeric) data such as pressure, fiber, laser, displacement sensors, temperature regulators, etc. to the network: You can set sensor thresholds, etc., and operate and check current values ​​on the network without directly operating each sensor body. - Sends ON/OFF information such as proximity and micro photo sensors to the network: ON/OFF information of each sensor can be centrally managed on the network, making it easier to identify the cause when a problem occurs.

■Directly connected to the network via communication unit

By using the communication unit, you can connect our various sensors to the CC-Link network and obtain digital data and ON/OFF information in real time. This allows you to change sensor settings via the network and log data for predictive sensor maintenance.

■Connect digital displacement sensor to network

・Up to 15 digital displacement sensors can be connected to one SC-HG1 series ・Sends digital (numerical) data from a contact-type digital displacement sensor to the network: Sends high-precision data without a program. Internal setting data can also be changed on multiple units at once via the network. - Equipped with self-monitoring function ideal for production lines: When combined with the HG-S / HG-T series, the sensor is equipped with a self-monitoring function that diagnoses its own "condition" and notifies you of the need to review sensor settings and installation, or when to perform maintenance.
