Features
■Large and bright indicator lights inform you of the open/closed status of the doors of the entire facility.With the flashing function, if any one of the safety switches connected in series goes into a non-detection state, the indicator lights of the other safety switches will flash green to notify the operator.

■2 types to choose fromVisible type for doors with aluminum frame, compact type for doors without aluminum frame

■Flashing function notifies you of unsafe conditions・The safety switch of the door that is open will turn red, and the other doors will flash green. Operators can immediately recognize the equipment status and which doors are open.
・BEFORE conventional method: Even if only one door was open, the connected safety switch would turn off, so it was necessary to check each door one by one to see which door was open. Additionally, if the switch was installed inside the door, the indicator light of the switch could not be seen from outside the device.
・[Industry's first*] AFTER SG-P series *As of September 2020, according to our research. :The safety switch of the door that is open will turn red, and the other doors will flash green. Operators can immediately recognize the equipment status and which doors are open.

■Industry's first* "Indicator light transmission method" adopted for actuatorVisible type actuators allow the light from the indicator light on the switch body to pass through and illuminate as an indicator light on the actuator side. This allows it to be used as a highly visible safety switch, even on doors with aluminum frames.

■Parent-child structure (standard/sub) realizes wiring savings. No dedicated controller required; up to 30 units can be connected in seriesThe SG-P series can output safety outputs all at once from the standard type that is the base unit (OSSD1/OSSD2). There is no extra wiring for the slave unit subtype when cascading. Additionally, a dedicated controller is not required and it can be connected directly to your safety controller/safety circuit. Up to 30 units can be connected, contributing to equipment wiring savings.
