■Complicated safety circuits become simple

・Conventional: Relay sequence and hard wiring → complex circuit, “large” design and construction man-hours, risk of wiring mistakes, etc. ・SF-CFX3: Soft logic → Simple circuit, “small” design and construction man-hours, fewer wiring mistakes, etc.

■Equipped with convenient functions

・EFI communication function: EFI communication is possible between safety controllers. *EFI communication: Our proprietary communication that allows safety signals to be communicated serially. ・Fast shutoff function: The safety input/output module FX3-XTIO84702 has a fast shutoff function that turns off the safety output without going through the main module, achieving a response time of 8ms.

■Applications

・Safety control around small folding machines and robots: Machines are controlled by function blocks for two-handed control. ・Packing process: Easily control complex safety systems. Flexible support for adding units.
