About This Product

■Basic information

This fiber has excellent light intensity stability when combined with the FX-500 series amplifier and is easy to digitally manage. Provides stable detection with extremely little bending or deviation of the optical axis. Features

■Small differences between machines and easy digital management

When combined with the FX-500 series amplifier, the stability of the amount of incident light is improved up to 4 times compared to conventional models. Even if you replace the amplifier, the digital display shows approximate values, making management easy. There is little bending or deviation of the optical axis, and the amount of light emitted is stable.

■Light emission amount is stable within ±10%

・Suppresses the variation in the amount of light emitted from the fiber to within ±10% to achieve stable detection. ・Optical axis bend: Transmissive type within ±2°, reflective type within ±3° ・Optical axis centering accuracy: within ±150μm

■Expanded temperature range

-55℃～+80℃　1.2 times compared to conventional model

■Integrated high precision plug

The centering accuracy of the fiber wire and insertion plug has been doubled compared to previous models. The precision of insertion into the amplifier increases, dramatically improving the control of differences between machines. Centering accuracy accuracy: within ±40μm.

■Standard fiber of ø2.2mm

New material: Achieves high flexibility with a single standard fiber. Conventional: Generally, complex wire types are used for bending types, which tend to have large variations in light intensity.

■Standard fiber is highly flexible

Bending radius R4mm less than 1/6 compared to conventional model

■Bending-resistant fiber

Bending resistance: 10 million times, 100 million times greater than conventional models

■Tough fiber that transcends common sense

Tough enough to be used in moving parts, tough enough to be bent finely, general purpose yet high quality. The common sense of fiber will change.
