■Detection distance 1.6 times compared to conventional models. Greatly improved stability and ease of use

■Detection distance up to 1.6 times, sufficient detection distance even for small diameter fibers

Achieved approx. 1.6 times the efficiency with a small-diameter reflective fiber (approximately 1.4 times with a standard reflective fiber) compared to conventional products. Installation margin is improved.

■Increased amount of incident light realizes stable detection

-If the hysteresis (hysteresis) is the same, the larger the amount of incident light, the more stable detection can be performed. ・Easy to adjust the optical axis: The detection power is strong, so there is no need to worry even if the optical axis is slightly misaligned. It can also be used in the field* of dust and dirt and for detection through extremely small slits. *On-site confirmation is required. - Equipped with external light countermeasure mode. Less affected by ambient light: When set to environment-resistant mode in the light emission frequency setting, the ambient illumination resistance for LED bulb light sources is approximately 2.5 times higher than normal, reducing malfunctions.

■Streamlined functions and improved operability

From the FX-500 series, only general-purpose functions are retained and ease of use is prioritized. We have tried to improve ease of use.

■MODE NAVI + Direct Setting

MODE NAVI shows the basic operation items of the sensor using three indicator lights and two screens. We have achieved operability that is easy to understand, even for first-time users, which operation mode is currently set.

■No distinction between parent and child devices

There is no distinction between a master unit and a slave unit in the amplifier body. Use the parent cable and child cable separately. Reduces the effort and cost of amplifier inventory management.

■Wiring/space saving

One-touch cable allows for wiring savings. The number of connection points and man-hours for relay terminal blocks can be reduced, contributing to space savings. *Up to 16 units in total can be connected to the FX-500 series/FX-410 series/DPS-400 series/LS-400 series. *FX-550 is not equipped with communication function. When connecting to the host communication unit SC-GU3 series/SC-GU1-485, please use the FX-500 series.
