About This Product

■Hold function

Peak, sample, bottom, P-P, average value, maximum value, minimum value. Displays the indicated value in the set hold mode. Results are output in real time based on the sampling rate. (up to 20,000 times)

■Connected sensor

Piezo pressure sensors or semiconductor gauge sensors can be connected. Since it has an internal range switching function, it can support various measurement ranges.

■PC software

By using the dedicated free software "EFM-PC", all measured values ​​and waveform data can be saved. You can also view past data, convert it to CSV, save it, etc.

■Multi measurement function

With the multi-measurement function, up to four of band measurement, line measurement, and area measurement can be set in one waveform. It is also possible to implement original tools according to customer requests.

■Band measurement

Register the reference waveform and set the section by time or position. Create a band by setting ±tolerance for the measured waveform. Determine whether the measured waveform passes correctly within the band.

■Line measurement

Set the line by time/position or indicated value. Set ±tolerance for the set line. Determines whether the measured waveform passes within the line tolerance.

■Area measurement

Set the area using time, position, and indicated value, and set the entrance and exit of the waveform. Create a passing area by setting ± tolerances for the entrance and exit. Determine whether the measured waveform has passed inside the box and also through the entrance and exit.

■Linearity correction calibration

In addition to the actual load calibration function, we have implemented a calibration function that corrects linearity. Piezo sensors have inferior linearity compared to gauge-type pressure load cells. By using this function, piezo sensors can now measure loads as accurately as gauge-type pressure load cells.
