About This Product

STCS-MYX is a contraction system equipped with an infrared quartz heater capable of X-Y movement. Two independent workstations and a movable oven reduce downtime and improve productivity. By installing RFID in the chamber, it becomes possible to detect the chamber. (Optional)

■About this product

・Improved takt time with X-Y oven. -Separate workstations allow different parameter settings. -Easy chamber replacement. ・Improved safety specifications.

■Features

・Temperature, shrinkage time, etc. can be set. -Two independent workstations each with their own parameters (e.g. deflation time). ・Equipped with 2 types of work modes: <M1> Mode for setting temperature and time. <M2> Operates according to the registered program. ・Reference settings can be registered manually on the touch screen, using dedicated software (STCS-RCT), or from a USB memory. ・Reference can be selected from barcode reader or touch screen ・Parameters can be automatically set using the RFID system (optional). ・Label management of contraction time in reference - Equipped with an adjustable stopper function to fix the tube position. - Equipped with a push system to assist in sealing near the terminal and an adhesive overflow suppression mechanism (optional). ・Easy to replace chamber ・Equipped with LED on the station ・Easy firmware update ・Manual or automatic calibration ・Password protection possible -Equipped with a maintenance mode that allows hardware debugging - External temperature probe connection for temperature reading and offset adjustment. ・Automatic cooling to extend the life of parts ・Equipped with cycle counter (partial and total) ・Record operating hours ・Network compatible ・Supports Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish (others can be negotiated)
