About This Product

STCS-RT is a far-infrared shrink tube processing machine. Designed for workbench use and can process multiple products at the same time. The device consists of two independent stations (independent setting parameters) and a mobile oven. Each station has jigs that can be used for various products such as round terminals, small connectors, and parts.

■Work

Workers line up products at stations and begin work. After arranging the products, press the two green buttons and the oven will move from the central station and begin shrinking. After the deflation time has elapsed, the oven automatically returns to the center, allowing the operator to start work at the other workstation.

■Features

・Setting items: heating temperature, shrinkage time, etc. ・2 independent stations (independent parameters) ・Two different working modes: M1 controls temperature and shrinkage time, and M2 uses pre-registered settings (100 ways) ・Settings can be changed manually or using the dedicated software STCS-RCT (writing an Excel file) ・Selecting registered settings can be done automatically using a barcode reader, or manually using the control box knob or operation panel. ・In order to facilitate the selection of shrinkage conditions for each workpiece combination, it is also possible to name and use preset settings. ・Adjustable jig with stopper for positioning the tube ・Jig that can be easily replaced ・Manual, automatic calibration ・Setting changes are locked by password ・Special maintenance mode to check hardware operation ・Partial and total cycle counter ・Operating time counter - You can switch between English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
