About This Product

STCS-evo500TS is an infrared shrinking machine. Machines with a tabletop design process one workpiece at a time. It is equipped with a touch screen and is also network compatible. We can also handle end splices, round ends, and other special workpieces. (Optional)

・Innovative interface with touch screen -Equipped with an interface compatible with next-generation communication standards. Ethernet, USB, HDMI, Wi-Fi, etc. ・Splice length measurement function (optional *SDD) ・Compact design

■Features

・It is possible to set the shrinkage temperature, time, etc. ・Equipped with 2 types of work modes: <M1> Temperature and time can be set. <M2> Operates according to registered programs (up to 999) - Equipped with M3 mode for splice length measurement (SSD) and automatic setting value change. (Optional) - Programs can be set manually, using PC software (using Excel), or from USB memory. - Reference selection can be done automatically with a barcode reader or manually on the touch screen. - Firmware updates can be easily performed via USB. - Equipped with a label function that subdivides setting items in the reference. ・Cooling function. (Optional) - Automatic or manual calibration. -Programming mode is password protected. - Equipped with a debug mode for maintenance of hardware components. - Equipped with an external probe connection for temperature reading and offset adjustment. ・Equipped with an automatic cooling system to extend the life of parts. - Abundant measurement functions such as partial and total. ・Measurement of working time. ・Can be connected to ultrasonic welding machine. ・Network communication. -Equipped with an HDMI port for connection to a display. -Supports English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
