About This Product

STCS-VMir is an infrared heat shrinking machine. The compact design allows you to work on a tabletop, and it is also possible to process multiple parts at the same time. Since the chamber is easily replaceable, one device can be used for multiple products. The chamber is designed according to the specifications of each part, making it ideal for special products. Although this device is compatible with all products, it is designed to be most suitable for CAN processing (normal/end splice).

- Easy to set up with open contraction.
- Equipped with a touch screen to realize a novel interface and network support.
・The chamber can handle complex and difficult-to-understand products.

■Features・Temperature, shrinkage time, and cooling time can be set.
・Easy and quick chamber replacement is possible.
・Equipped with two working modes: <M1> Mode for setting temperature and time. <M2> Operates according to registered programs (up to 999)
- Programs can be set manually, using PC software (using Excel), or from USB memory.
-Reference can be selected from barcode or device screen.
- Firmware updates can be easily performed via USB.
・Label management of contraction time in reference.
・Equipped with cooling system.
・Manual/automatic calibration.
-Password management in programming mode.
- Equipped with hardware maintenance mode.
・An external temperature measurement probe can be used for temperature reading and adjustment by offset temperature.
・Equipped with an automatic cooling system to extend the life of parts.
- Abundant measurement functions such as partial and total.
・Can be connected to ultrasonic welding machine.
・Measurement of working time.
・Supports English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish (others can be negotiated)
