About This Product

STCS-CST is a belt type shrinking machine specialized for terminal shrinkage. Continuous machining contributes to improved productivity. Built-in tube stopper fixes tube position and increases positioning accuracy. An optional side transporter is available to assist with transportation. Assists in transporting long and thick products.

■About this product

- Side transporter that assists in transporting long and heavy products. (Optional) ・Jig for terminal set that can be custom-made and can be attached and detached. - The width of the stopper that holds the tube in place is adjustable. - Also compatible with Faston terminals.

■Features

・Parameters such as shrinkage temperature and shrinkage time can be adjusted. -Equipped with two modes. M1 mode: Fixed operation. M2 mode: Operates according to the set bank. (Up to 999 items can be registered) - Abundant bank registration. Manual input on screen, dedicated PC software, USB memory, etc. - Select processing conditions using a barcode reader or change manually. - Firmware updates are easy via USB memory. - Also compatible with Faston terminals. ・Can be calibrated manually or automatically. ・User management function ・Equipped with a stopper to fix the tube position ・Side transporter that assists in transportation. (Optional) - Equipped with a maintenance mode to check the operation of individual hardware parts. ・Temperature probe can be connected to equipment. Provides temperature reading and offset adjustment. - Equipped with an automatic cool-down function that does not put stress on parts. -Equipped with various counters for counting the number of pieces. ・Operating time measurement function. ・Can be connected to ultrasonic welding machine ・Network compatible -Supports English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
