About This Product

STCS-CS14 is an infrared heat shrinking machine that uses a short conveyor system. This product is suitable for mass production because the takt time of the equipment is only the speed required for the operator to set the workpiece. It is also compact and lightweight. Equipped with an automatic centering function (ISAC14) that guarantees the position and length of the shrink tube. (Optional)

■Features・Settable parameters: process temperature, shrinkage time, etc.
・Equipped with two working modes: <M1> Mode for setting temperature and time. <M2> Operates according to registered programs (up to 999)
- Programs can be set manually, using PC software (using Excel), or from USB memory.
-Reference can be selected from barcode or device screen.
- Software can be updated using USB memory.
- Programmable information that affects each shrinkage time, such as the use of labeling and additional adhesives.
- Conveyor speed is automatically changed by setting the contraction time.

・Can be equipped with shrink tube measurement and automatic positioning functions (optional)
・Cable counter (optional)
・We can also manufacture custom workbenches to support long cables.
-Equipped with manual or automatic calibration function.
・Passwords prevent accidental changes.
-Equipped with a maintenance mode that is useful in case of hardware failure.
・Temperature probe for temperature confirmation and adjustment can be connected.
・Automatic cooling system for long life
