About This Product

STCS-PHD is a hot air blow type shrink tube processing machine. This is designed for the harness assembly drawing line and is a one-piece processing facility. This system consists of a box for controlling conditions and a hot air device for shrinking. Available in several formats to easily adjust any assembly drawing board.

■Work

STCS-PHD allows you to set contraction parameters and operation mode in the control box. This is a closed-loop control system using a built-in K type thermocouple. Workers can secure this equipment to the line and clamp the workpiece to the chamber. When you press the start button, the shrinking process will begin using the set parameters. The hot air device closes to prevent removal of the workpiece before the operation is complete. After the shrinking process, the cooling system will run for a set period of time. The machine stops and the hot air device opens, allowing the operator to remove the workpiece.

■Features

・Setting items: heating temperature, shrinkage time, standby time, etc. ・Structure suitable for all drawing boards ・Two different operating modes: M1 controls temperature and contraction time, and M2 uses pre-registered settings (20 different contraction times can be registered) ・Built-in cooling device ・Settings can be changed manually or using the dedicated software STCS-RCT (writing an Excel file) ・Selecting registered settings can be done automatically using a barcode reader, or manually using the control box knob or operation panel. ・It is also possible to name and use preset contents. ・Manual or automatic calibration (one cycle) ・Password management ・Special maintenance mode to check hardware operation ・Cycle management ・Air management ・Can switch between English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish
