About This Product

Sheath stripping machine with full strip length 300mm. If you replace it with a V-type angle, you can make half strips up to 500mm. Counting the number of work pieces.

■About this product・Air-driven, high torque, applicable to a wide range of applications from thin wires to large diameter wires.
・Reliable stripping work is possible because the cable is inserted securely into the center of the blade using the guide pipe.
- Cam-type chucking device compatible with various materials and diameter widths. Holds the coating securely without damaging it.
- Stripping of deformed cables is possible by using a cable guard.
- Electric foot switch reduces work load.
・Semi-strip length can be adjusted quickly.
- Semi-strip method using sensor detection does not apply load to the cylinder.
- Comes with a counter that is convenient for work management.
・Full cover with interlock mechanism allows for safer work.
・Equipped with a scrap removal reversing device that automatically discharges strip scraps as standard. It also comes with a shavings box, so peeled scum won't fly away.
- Comes with a V-shaped angle for long semi-strips, making it compatible with strip lengths longer than a full stroke.
-Since the blades are equipped with φ0.5 size differences on both sides, one blade can handle delicate wire sizes.
・One-touch detachable blade replacement. No tools required.
