About This Product

Stable supply of heavy materials. When used with a cutting machine, stable cutting length accuracy can be obtained.

■Features・Suitable for both bobbin winding material and ring winding material
・Can be sent from either the left or right side
・Both low and high speed feed speeds can be adjusted, and the feed speed can be set according to the shape of the material and the cutting speed of the digital cutter.
- Comes with a jog function that is convenient when setting materials, making it easy to test feed and check operations.
・With ample loadable weight and a Φ30mm shaft, it is possible to load up to 50kg of materials.
・Special flanges are available from a minimum inner diameter of φ160mm to a maximum outer diameter of φ700mm.

■Detection method can be selected depending on the material・Detection by contact: Controls material supply by moving the detection arm up and down.
・Non-contact detection: Uses a sensor stand (sold separately) to control material supply.
