About This Product

This is a material drawer type feeder. When used with a cutting machine, stable cutting length accuracy can be obtained. Features

■Upper and lower roller drive

The upper and lower conveyor rollers are driven simultaneously to provide strong conveyance force.

■Acceleration/deceleration time adjustment

Roller acceleration time and deceleration time can be set individually. It is possible to prevent overfeeding due to inertia and to transport heavy materials that are difficult to pull out.

■2nd speed operation

Two transport speeds can be set: low speed and high speed. By operating between low and high speeds, sudden loads are not applied to the material. *Sensor stand ZSE-25H is required for 2nd speed operation.

■Sending direction selection

You can select the conveyance direction simply by operating the touch panel.

■Cover & Safety

Safety is taken into account with roller covers and interlocks.

■Roller gap

The gap between the upper and lower transport rollers can be adjusted. Prevents material from being crushed too much.

■Set lever

The roller can be moved up and down using the set lever, making it easy to set materials.

■Touch panel

The use of a touch panel provides outstanding operability.
